Lush greenhouse garden or French Café?
Maman King gives you the best of both worlds. My friend and I came here for brunch on a day it was raining cats and dogs, so we had the place to ourselves. The decor and aesthetic of it all is so pretty and was designed by @floratorium. The menu consists of soups, salads, sandwiches (all French inspired), coffees, teas, pastries and more. I mostly went for the decor and to catch up with my friend [it seemed like every brunch spot we looked up needed a reservation and thankfully this spot didn’t]. We shared the “papa's breakfast bowl” ($14). The food was pretty passable, if I lived in the area I’d probably come here for a coffee break :)
