Michal Ben-AriIf you want the best LOCAL food on the island, head over to the Heritage Kitchen, a little shack by the water, where a local grandma (she's ok with the title) cooks whatever they fish that day. Dining is outside on the picnic tables, so expect it to be hot, but worth every bite.
2. Kittiwake Shipwreck & Artificial Reef
PEOPLE ARE SAYING:Michal Ben-AriDive at the sunken Kittiwake to explore a "deserted ship" and observe the gorgeous man-made reef. This is one of the the only diving sites in Cayman you need a permit for, so sign up for the dive either online or through a diving company. If you prefer to snorkel, just head out from West Bay public beach (it's doable, albeit a bit of a swim). Just be careful of the diving boats!
