They’re called “Szimply” but there was nothing simple about this breakfast! Both toasts were served on a yummy sourdough bread - Bruschetta with greenpea cream, tomato salsa, burrata cheese and parmesan flakes ➡️ Avocado toast with fried egg on a layer of a devine peanut butter spread ➡️ A salad with steamed pok choy, pink goat cheese cream and a soft boiled egg 🥚
