Best Chinese food in the city. Hands down. Only warning is that their spicy level is weighed way higher than most others. I usually go for 7's or 8's on a 10 point scale. With Amerasia, I'm ordering a 4 or a 5.
Zundo is genuinely one of my favorite restaurants in Cincinnati. It’s one of the few places to get authentic Japanese cuisine. The atmosphere is nice but trendy, the service is usually quick, and the ramen is to die for.
Everything I’ve tried on the menu is good. Their Katsudons are delicious if you’re addicted to chewy Japanese rice like I am, and all of their appetizers are great - especially the irresistible Takoyaki, which I can’t help but impulse buy every time I show up. But it’s the Tonkotsu ramen that keeps me coming back. The broth is rich and hearty, and the handmade noodles have an excellent chewy texture! Easily the best ramen that I’ve tried so far. Throw in some imported Beers you’d only find at Jungle Jim’s or explore their expansive Sake menu, and you’ve got yourself a meal!
Also, the fact that it’s within walking distance to Washington Park makes it a solid date spot IMO. Great stuff. If you’re looking for ramen or rice bowls, this is the place to be!
My favorite Ramen in the city! Friendly and prompt service. The flavors are excellent with good portion size for the price.

Our first time trying pho and it was delicious. Friendly service with a casual atmosphere. The beef dish was our favorite and the spring rolls with peanut sauce were delicious. We got the large size and had leftovers.
