Ordered curry chicken and oxtail with peas, rice, cabbage, and plantain. Plantain is now $1 extra and was pretty tough texture-wise, so I probably wouldn’t order it again but everything else was fantastic! #tashesankh #baltimorecounty #currychicken

The crab cakes: Gigantic! I grew up eating crab cakes from here and I don’t remember them being this large. Lots of breading though. Because of this, the crab cakes weren’t as lumpy as others I’ve tried on here. Still it was clear that they used jumbo lump crab meat in their recipe. As far as seasoning, great! Not too bold/ overpowering and definitely not under seasoned.

The food was good before but think it has somehow gotten BETTER! I tried these chops, the Thai Chili wings, and Shrimp Po Boy. It was all 🔥. Thai Chili wings were my fav. Though I’m not a big fan of the garlic herb rice with crab and special sauce that comes with the platters (I either like my rice plain or super savory), I thought the texture and taste were much improved from the last time I had it.
