Hipster Mexican. Great tortillas, meat, and salsas. Pastor costras (the one with crispy Oaxacan cheese) were our favorite but it's all great. Guac was good but would skip it next time for an extra taco/costra/alambre order. Bistec was also solid. Will try the cauliflower next time but think al pastor is the winner.
"Sunday funday" menu specials include chicken pho - generally I only pick beef pho but this was amazing.
Need to go back to do a tasting menu option. Sounds like they can customize to dietary needs/preferences based on talking to our server!
The coffee slushie - cold brew with tahini and oat milk - is fantastic although the price is steep ($7.25).
Also had the shawarma spiced smoked turkey sandwich which is delicious and definitely big enough to share.
Next time will try the latke.
