James Outman I lived across from Piedmont Park in 72 through 77 and enjoyed many adventures thereAsh FitePiedmont Park is a massive recreational area in the heart of Atlanta. There is so much to do and see here. It is home to the botanical gardens, and often has events on the weekends. This is a great spot to just get outside and enjoy some fresh air!
There are so many trails to explore and it really is a beautiful place right in Atlanta.

This meditative urban garden sits 15 feet below ground level and expressions of thanksgiving are found all around the square. At night, the light creates the illusion that the structure is supported by light itself. The memorial stands as a tribute to the joy and excitement of his life.

PEOPLE ARE SAYING:Ash FiteSouthern Belle Farm is a family owned 330-acre working farm. They are open seasonally for fresh produce, berry picking, peach picking, fall fun, Christmas trees, and much more!
We came here to pick fresh peaches and blueberries! The kids loved it, we loved it, and they even had a free area where the kids could feed and pet little goats, donkeys and bunnies. We will be back!

There is a little spot called The Beach, which allowed our kids to play in the sand while we enjoyed some yummy food and cocktails! It had a shipping container bar and food. Patio style seating with sand for play and relaxation!

PEOPLE ARE SAYING:Ash FiteThis is was such a great place to experience vanlife. Copper Harbor is a great stop for experiencing the outdoors-hiking, kite surfing and mountain biking! It's also the "gateway to Isle Royale National Park."
The town itself is VERY small, but it is a great spot to get away and very welcoming to RV'ers.
There are a couple of good restaurants as well as a microbrewery in town.
