A really nice wooded campground in the Lancaster, PA area. It is not far from the Shady Maple Smorgasbord and Farm Market. Also Kitchen Kettle Village is only a 20 minute drive. There's also so much more to see and do in the Lancaster area: Strasburg Railroad, Dutch Wonderland, Cherry-Crest Adventure Farm and many family style restaurants to name a few.

For art lovers when in Philadelphia you must visit the Phila Museum of Art. They recently completed a major upgrade inside that makes the space way more inviting and useful. Also nearby is the Barnes Foundation which houses a great collection of artworks as well.
This campground is nice and quiet, family run, relatively small in size, but in a wonderful setting. It is a Good Sam and Passport America campground. Located only a few miles from Ricketts Glen State Park and great hiking.
One of the top Civil War battlefields to visit. The town of Gettysburg is also charming with many small businesses and restaurants. A must to do for ice cream lovers is Mr. G's !! Also try the ghost tours at night. For great food: try O'Rorke's Family Eatery, Dobbin House, and Gettysburger.
