Have you heard of the new-ish spot The Twisted Fin in Viera? Here’s a peek at what we got! Burrito, mahi power bowl, and shrimp poutine (drizzled in lobster bisque queso 🤤)
It’s a short-order spot with a healthier take on a seafood joint!
Gastropub (noun): A pub that specializes in serving high-quality food
& we have to agree...28 North Gastropub in Viera did not disappoint! There’s not many places in Brevard County doing hip, farm-to-table, creative style dishes like the ones we had here. It’s upscale food in a cool and casual atmosphere.
We got to speak with the chef for a minute and it was so cool to hear how passionate he is about sourcing local ingredients and adding personal touches to make unique, flavorful dishes that you wouldn’t find anywhere else. .
Swipe to see what we got! charcuterie board, buttermilk fried chicken (served with to-die-for mac n cheese) and red velvet ice cream sandwich. & please see our stories to answer our very important poll on charcuterie boards 😂
Multiple friends of ours looked at us like 😱 when they found out we’d never been to @grillsseafood.
So we finally made it happen this weekend and absolutely devoured our fish tacos! This place is famous for its fresh seafood and waterfront location (swipe!). Really just a classic Florida eatery with a laid-back atmosphere that has something for everyone. Locations in #capecanaveral and #melbournefl
Love when a restaurant really commits to their theme. @pokefincb didn’t hold back with the tropic vibes😆. Just like we aren’t holding back from gearing up for the holidays at @spacecoast.apparel! We are clearing out to make room for more and just added 2️⃣ new styles to clearance. Just a few left of these!
Documenting our meal at @globalkitchen1450 - it’s in an obscure location (located inside an events hall in Melbourne), but the food is 👌🏼. It’s a tapas style + globally inspired menu. (Think Epcot food & wine festival but with bigger portions). We tried nachos from Cuba, fried ravioli from Italy, and crab cakes from Maryland 🍽
“You’re my very first guest - it’s opening day” said the waitress.
Oops. Generally we avoid dining during a restaurant’s first week because there’s a LOT of kinks to work out and we want to give a restaurant it’s best shot at impressing us.
But here we were at the farmhouse kitchen restaurant inside @djonsvillagemarket ...& their wild-caught “Scottish Salmon” did NOT disappoint afterall. That zesty, lime-y avocado salsa 🤤💃🏼 Check our stories for a peek at their menu.
This casual-but-upscale spot is just ONE option be found here. There’s also deli sandwiches, ramen+sushi+poke bowls, bakery, gelato, coffee... foodie heaven 🍽 Such a fun addition to Indialantic!
they said “home of the fish taco” so we had to see for ourselves. We indulged in the “monster fish taco platter” from @sandbarcb and you can’t tell from the pic, but these are XL in size and come with a hefty serving of yellow rice+black beans+fried plaintains. Fed our fam for $25 🙌🏼
They ain’t wrong when they brag about their fish tacos. Stuffed and drizzled with flavor, you can choose grilled, fried, or blackened fish. (Go with blackened!) .
PS anyone else take a much-needed beach walk since some of our beaches have re-opened? Luckily there were very few people by Cocoa Beach pier when we went. Nice to get a taste of normalcy again😌
@meatfirewine at it again with their ridiculousness.
The breakfast burger is hefty enough to split: beef, bacon, house-made spam (surprisingly the BEST), and sausage! Swipe to see that egg yolk smash tho 🤤
These guys are running deep discount specials and curbside delivery this weekend!
Leave a 🦞 if you’ve tasted the goodness of a real lobster roll done right.
A northeastern speciality that’s a little hard to find on the Space Coast, but @jazzysmainelylobstah has your back. We also LOVED their clam chowder and New England poutine. .
Tell us if you know anywhere else that does New England seafood like this! Already looking for our next fix🦞
@thefatsnook is the Disney of fine dining, double tap if you agree! : over the top service, fun surprises along the way, atmosphere on-point, only difference is the food is AMAZING (still waiting for Disney to knock us out in that dept)
Super fun to come here with friends and sample so many things off their plates...I can still testify tho that the Poblano Shrimp with pumpkin cheddar grits will always have my heart, and the duck confit was a close second. And nothing will ever touch their Key Lime Pie. Meringue for days, and the crust is infused with cacao nibs (swipe) 🤩
Ok y’all 🤤 Old-school, traditional dining done right here. Food tasted like it was made by someone’s memaw who lived on the bayou and perfected southern-style seafood in her kitchen.
These fried corn fritters dusted with powdered sugar 🤤 (free appetizer) and that shrimp and grits 🤩 both sooo good. Also heard amazing things about their rock shrimp and hush puppies 🍽
Tell us what you love from Dixie Crossroads 🦐
On this week’s date-night spotlight we’re talking about @yellow_dog_cafe . Arguably the space coast’s most romantic restaurant. Sweeping waterfront views, a private pier, a classy menu with old-school charm. Tell us (and others here)what you love to order here!👇🏼
Meet our friends Orange Habanero Salmon Salad and Lemon Garlic Grouper Sandwich 🍊🌶🍋🐟 .
It was just another random place we’d always thought was more of a market than a restaurant (turns out it’s both). But the stars aligned and we gave it a shot one day when we were craving seafood after the beach. We picked our meat+style+seasonings (swipe for menu) and got these babies to-go. Love at first bite!
Our last hoorah before the baby was born: date night at @pompanogrill for some kid-free, upscale dining 🍽 .
We tried their “psychedelic phish burger” and the shrimp & grits...both of which were holy-crap good 🤤
This charming little place is tucked away in an unassuming strip mall in cocoa beach. It’s a small, cozy atmosphere and the food is the real deal: fresh, gourmet masterpieces! perfect spot for dinner for two 🥰🥂
Girls Night Out location of choice: @mattscasbah 🤩🍱🍣🍨
I pretty much never order salads when we go out, but their warm nutted goat cheese salad is a MUST. Pair that with their amazing sushi and gourmet desserts...perfection ✨
The atmosphere here is party on the outside with live music, romantic on the inside with twinkle light ceilings and a dim ambiance. Great for large gatherings or date nights. In the heart of downtown Melbs, this spot is a must!👌🏼
@themansionmelbourne is always a crowd pleaser! In the last few weeks we’ve been here for a baby shower and a lunch with out-of-town parents. Such a charming Florida atmosphere, rooftop dining, and great for large groups. There’s always someone having a large gathering when we go.🎉
Have you ever celebrated anything at this downtown Melbourne landmark?🌴
Pictured: 1) Bacon Mac Attack: Fried mac n cheese, bacon, onion and tomato on top a massive beef patty 2) wedge salad
🚨New restaurant alert: @autumnscrab opened last month and it we’re giving it a definite thumbs up! 🦀
Fresh seafood in buttery, seasoned-to-perfection baskets. & DONT FORGET to order the fried coconut shrimp when you go! 🍤 (swipe) Getting that crab meat out is messy work but thankfully bibs and a whole roll of paper towels are provided at each table 😂 #necessary
Check out our stories for a peek into our date here and why we were a lil nervous driving up to it😅 DM us a pic of what you get if you go this weekend🙌🏼

You guys...this chicken sandwich ... no words ✨ @crusheleven now serves lunch and it’s a must! Head to the link in our bio to get a behind the scenes look at our gender reveal here: what we were thinking the whole time, what the chef said that almost made us cry, and why we highly recommend a “restaurant reveal” to ANY expecting couple. So much better than finding out in the dr’s office!
An upscale, farm-to-table spot that is serious about their seafood. But, a little unexpectedly, we found that their BURGERS are a serious experience not to be overlooked 🍔🤩 The duck-fat fries were glorious, too.
If you like a little spicy kick, we recommend the “Don’t Poke Me” appetizer- fresh tuna with pineapple, mango, avocado, & kimchi on a fried wonton with spicy aioli 🍍🌶🥑🐟
