Emy MooreThe most common area of Isle Du Bois is a sand beach where one can set up a blanket and eat as well as swim. The views are nice, as you can sit by the lake and enjoy a nice sandy beach. Another option is to the right of the beach, where you can sit at picnic tables in the woods and have the lake as a view off in the distance. This spot also offers access to a playground if you have kids with you and a covered gazebo that can be rented from the ranger station if you plan on having a larger gathering of people. There is plenty of parking and it has a restroom within a five minute walk.
